Primary Domain Name Service
Whether a carrier offers to host a clients domain names on their DNS servers. DNS hosting means that a carrier has a server that resolves requests for a customer's domain name to the appropriate IP address, or vice versa. The primary DNS server is the server that acts as the most authoritative server for a particular domain.
