Endpoint

What is an Endpoint?

Not to be confused with a phone number, an endpoint (or ‘Endpoint Record’) is a comprehensive set of data fields that provide the necessary caller information for an emergency call (caller name, callback number, preferred language, and other specific fields dependent on country).

Think of it like a unique digital fingerprint—an intricate blend of data that ensures when you make an emergency call, your information is conveyed to the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) accurately.
