Live chat refers to an online chat used between a business and someone visiting their site. Typically, this live chat will appear as a pop up on a site, and the visitor can exchange messages in real time.
Bandwidth uses a chat bot through Drift for 1:1 conversations with our site visitors. There will be a sales representative on the other end waiting to answer any questions or address any issues you may have. In addition, customers could use our APIs to build a chat bot for interactions via text messages or even give a voice enabled number the customer could click to call.
