Omni-channel refers to a cross-channel where all communication connections are connected to provide a better user experience. In an omni-channel experience, it doesn’t matter where or how a customer interacts, everything will be inter-connected and seamless.

How Bandwidth is involved with omni-channel

Bandwidth can plug into omni-channel solutions using our full suite of Voice and Messaging APIs to expand our customers functionality. A few of these APIs include Toll-Free Voice and SMS.
