Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) is a cloud-based service offering that enables enterprise communications and allows for instant collaboration across office locations. UCaaS solutions help keep enterprises connected through voice, text, instant message platforms, web, video conferencing, etc. For a common example: think of desk phones or conferencing pods in an office.

How Bandwidth is involved with UCaaS

Bandwidth powers some of the major players in the space. Both Microsoft Skype for Business and Google Voice are powered by Bandwidth’s all-IP voice network.
