Region drop down added to Voice Insights

Effective August 28, 2024, a new “Region” drop down has been added to the Voice Insights menu. You are now able to select a data origin of the US or EU. 

By default, the drop down will display US, which populates all detail records originating in the US and Canada on the Voice Insights pages. When you select EU, you will see all of your data originating from outside of the US and Canada, most commonly European countries.

Please note, API Users will need to insert a region parameter: eu into API Calls to return EU. API calls without this EU parameter will default to US Data.
