Stricter URL validation for notification callback subscriptions

Effective March 3, 2025, the Bandwidth App is using stricter validation on URLs provided for notification callback subscriptions. Invalid URLs will no longer be allowed, increasing the security between the Bandwidth App and customer applications and reducing the risk of attacks where certificates are faked.Please use a secure HTTPS (SSL/TLS secure) URL with a valid certificate moving forward.
